金耐宝汽车专用原子灰产品说明

产品用途及特性application&characteristic：

该产品是我公司针对汽车原厂制造，整车涂装，大面积修补等作业而设计的专用原子灰，具有涂刮性能好，可操作时间长，良好的耐温变性能、优异的附着力和弹性，能耐一定的烘烤性。用于中涂前，底材凹坑、针缩孔、裂纹和小焊缝等缺陷的填平与修饰，满足面漆前底材表面的平整、平滑。

this product is specially designed for automobile factory manufacture, whole-painting, large surface repair. good apply property, outstanding adhesion & flexibility, excellent temperature variation resistance, long handling time. it is used for the filling and leveling up as well as decoration of the deficiencies such as sand holes, shrink holes and cracks on the surface of polyester putty before closing the undercoat in the painting dressing of cars, so as to strengthen the flatness and smoothness of the surface of polyester putty.

scope of construction:it can be used in iron panel,steel plate,aluminium plateandon any painted metallic surface.

使用方法：

application:

1.在使用前必须先除去被涂物表面油污、锈蚀、旧漆膜及水分，保持被涂物表面清洁、干燥。

remove the oil, rust, original paint film and water etc from surface completely, keep the painted surface clean & dry before scraping.

2.原子灰在储运过程中会造成上下层不均匀，使用前必须用清洁钢尺上下搅拌均匀。

the putty may cause uneven in the process of storage, must use clean ruler stir well before the use.

3、将主剂与固化剂严格按规定的比例(100：2)调匀，务使色泽一致，并在约3～15min内涂刮完毕，否则会胶凝报废。

the putty and hardener should be mixed completely to achieve the uniformity of color (general ratio is 100:2 by weight), and apply the mixture within potlife(3-15min), or it will gel.

4、将调好的腻子涂刮在打磨后的双组份底漆或己处理好的冷轧板表面，如需厚层涂刮，分多次薄刮至所需厚度(建议Zui大厚度不要超过5mm)。

apply the mixtured putty to the processed surface of primer or cold-reduced sheet, in case of scraping of thick coat, it is preferable to apply in thin coats for several times till reaching the objective thickness.( suggested maximum thickness is no more than 5mm).

5、彻底硬化后，即可水磨或干磨。刮灰后0.5-1h为湿磨时间，2h左右为干磨时间（温度为25℃、湿度小于40%）。喷漆时确保原子灰已完全干透，否则容易引起脱落起泡。

wet milling or dry milling should be made after hardened thoroughly. the best wet milling time is 0.5-1h after applying putty, and best dry milling time is about 2h after applying putty(the temperature is 25℃,humidity islessthan 40%). ensure the putty has been completely dry when painting, lest drop off or bubbles.

注意事项：

notices:

1、涂刮时若有气泡渗入，必须用刮刀彻底刮平，以确保良好的附着力。

when there is air bubble while applying, fully scrape to evenness with spatula to ensure good adhesion.

2、加有固化剂的原子灰不可放回原罐内。使用后立即加盖，以免溶剂挥发引起主灰变质，严禁掺入“天那水”等溶剂来稀释原子灰进行施工。

the putty mixed with hardeners should not be returned to the original container, container which is opened must be carefully resealed, lest volatilization &deterioration of solvent. do not mix lacquer thinner to putty.

3.、温度低时及湿度大时，涂膜的固化时间会稍延长。腻子的稠度、凝胶时间可根据客户要求作相应的调整。

when there is low temperature or high relative humidity, curing time of coating will be extended somewhat. the corresponding adjustment can be made to the consistency and gel time of putty according to per customer’s request.

4、本产品与多种底漆配套，但不能在酚醛底漆、醇酸底漆上涂刮，以免脱落起泡。涂刮时确保底漆已完全干透，以免引起脱落。

our product matches with various primers, but notinphenolic primers and alkyd primers, lest drop off or bubbles. ensure the primer has been thoroughly dry when applying putty, orcausedrop off.

5、本产品不宜直接涂刮在镀锌板材上。

the product should not apply in galvanized sheet directly.

6、于阴凉处（25℃以下）可保存12个月。

the shelf life can be up to 12 months at the cool place (under 25℃).
